TIM LACY, Non-operating partner
As a proven leader in the healthcare industry for over 23 years, Tim now serves as one of Flagship’s partners and leaders. Playing a key role in the overall conceptualization of Flagship, he’s driving the evolution of an entirely new product, marketing and sales approach across healthcare companies, health plans and health systems.
Before bringing his talents to Flagship, Tim served as a senior executive for Fortune 100 companies UnitedHealth Group and Walgreens for 20 years, where he managed and contributed to national sales, sales operations, corporate development, product design, product packaging, market positioning, market messaging, channel conditioning and sales execution.
When he isn’t breaking new ground in the healthcare world, Tim enjoys spending his time with his family supporting Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Community, the Knights of Columbus, several youth non-profits and the American Heart Association. As a diehard alumni of St. John’s University, you’ll often see Tim sporting SJU red and campaigning tirelessly against a rival college he chooses not to acknowledge.

Christine Maloney, CFO
Christine is the Chief Financial Officer at FlagshipHealth Group, overseeing the accounting and technology processes of the business.
For the past decade, Christine has provided fractional CFO services to several different organizations fulfilling her mission of helping business owners free up their time and have timely information, both improving their focus on the business. As a former business owner herself, she understands the challenge of growing a business.
Christine spent over 20 years as a co-owner and CFO for a print distribution company with another 10 years experience at a Fortune 500 company transforming data into accurate/viable information.
Christine appreciates the value of giving back and currently volunteers for a non-profit retail shop as an accountant allowing the organization to focus its attention on the needs of the community they serve. An avid outdoors person, she founded and manages an active club for like-minded individuals who share in faith, fun, and an active lifestyle. She is also involved in volunteering with other organizations in a variety of capacities.
When not focusing her time and attention on crunching numbers and volunteering, she takes advantage of the four distinct seasons Minnesota has to offer; including skiing on the water in the summer and snow in the winter, biking, hiking, and generally enjoying spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Kevin Johnston, operating partner
A St. Louis native and a New York transplant, Kevin Johnston has been bringing healthcare solutions to life for more than 15 years. He works to develop new client partnerships, provide distinctive sales execution services and shakes an incredible amount of healthplan hands throughout the year. His breadth of expertise, transaction and industry experience contributes to Flagship’s ability to structure, finance, and manage successful enterprise sales.
Prior to his role in Healthplan Strategies, Kevin served as an executive with RedCard Systems and Medtronic. Both healthcare and medical technology companies. At this point, his middle name may very well be “Collaboration.”
Kevin is an avid soccer fan and former professional player, who proudly holds a spot in St. Louis University’s Athletic Hall of Fame. He resides in Raleigh, NC and enjoys spending time with wife Kaitlin and their growing family.
